| Our Customer Services Kitchen, Bath, Etc., LLC offers distinctive as well as functional custom design, quality products and exceptional service. By providing you with information on how our process works from start to finish we want to make you feel more comfortable with the building or remodeling process. We feel it is important for the customer to schedule an appointment with us to go over product specifications, options, and pros & cons of the products for their individual needs so that they can become better informed of what is available on the market. By having an appointment it will give our customers our sole attention so we can do a better job of listening to all their needs & be able to incorporate it into the design. Once we have met with you we can develop some perspective views of your kitchen, bath, etc., & if, the customer has access to the internet we can email these drawings to you making it very convenient. At this time we want the customer to look over what has been developed for them & make adjustments to how they want their project to look & function. We feel it is important the customer be as involved as possible with the design process so that it will truly feel like it is theirs but also to be guided by our knowledgeable experience. General Estimate - Kitchen, Bath, Etc., LLC will supply a general written estimate for cabinetry & tops based upon blueprints or dimensions supplied by the customer. Prices will be based on wood species, door style & finish information supplied by the owner or builder. Typically a few different price options will be included with the estimate so the customer can make good decisions based on what their needs will be as well as what their budgets will allow. Detailed drawings are not supplied at this point for the customer unless there has been a down payment received. The drawings and design concepts remain the property of Kitchen Bath, Etc. LLC and all copyright statutes apply. Final Price Quote - Kitchen, Bath, Etc., LLC will supply a written price quote after the design stage has been completed & a job site measurement has been done. A down payment will be required at the time of doing a job site measurement. It is at this stage that your order will be placed and that Kitchen, Bath, Etc., LLC will be responsible for the accuracy of the cabinet dimensions to work according to the floor plans that have been developed & reviewed with the customer. Drawings will be supplied to the customer and will include floor plans of rooms with cabinetry and elevations of each wall of cabinetry. Drawings are considered the software's interpretation of the general appearance of the room. Dimension and center lines are included on all floor plans & elevation views. |
